I inadvertently took a day off of running. Monday was a day off from work ("recover from 4th of july day"), and I didn't realize it was even a running day until it was too hot to run. So, I decided to just let myself have a day off & not be concerned with it.
I pretty much did absolutely nothing all weekend. I had a migraine both Sunday & Monday, so that kept me from doing anything too exciting. I wore a dent in the couch with all my lying about, though I did do an exceptional amount of laundry (finally, some sunny days to utilize the clothesline!), and I scrubbed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees. It's so clean... I plan to eat dinner off of it tonight.
I think that might be how I hurt my back. It's either that, or the massive amount of nothing that I did (I'm usually so active, that actually could be the problem... LOL) I was hoping that yoga would straighten me out, but I'm still in just as much pain... though my disposition is decidedly better... I'm going to give it some TLC tonight & then seek professional help if it doesn't right itself.
In more awesome news, I'm going to make raw chili for dinner tonight!! So spicy!! mmmmm
