What's Going Down the Hatch?

A typical day of eating raw (as requested):

16 oz of water with lemon & cayenne upon waking
Smoothie (about an hour later)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fruit o' the day
  • 2 dates
  • 1 cup greens
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 teaspoon kelp
  • water to blend it all
Fruit snack
Kombucha
Lunch salad - lettuce, greens, any veggies I've got lying around, sunflower seeds, cayenne, flax oil.
Fruit snack
Dinner is usually an experiment from Ani's Raw Food Kitchen or a raw recipe that I've found online.
